A few things to keep in mind as its OUR space that we are co-creating🌱 We're here to explore, learn, connect and have a good time. A few little things will help us make this a lovely space for everyone. - Be curious! Ask questions, share discoveries and don't worry about not knowing something. We're all here to learn. - Make room for different perspectives. We all experience the world differently. Let's be respectful of that. - Be kind and non-judgemental. Listen, participate and let people be themselves. - Care for nature. Observe gently, avoid disturbing wildlife and leave places as you found them (or a little better!). -Respect boundaries and privacy. Always ask before photographing or recording someone. Treat personal stories shared here with care. - Participate in your own way. You can talk, ask questions, observe, draw, explore or simply enjoy being outdoors. There's no one right way to be here. -Keep this community welcoming. Discrimination, harassment, shaming and unsolicited promotional messages have no place here. And most importantly, you don't have to be an expert, a nature enthusiast or particularly outdoorsy to belong here. Just come curious. 🌿
About Nature nurture project
A little space for curiosity, connection and discovering the world outdoors. 🌿
Hi! Thank you for finding your way here. I'm genuinely glad you did🌿 I'm Sravani Rudrapati a TISS-NIMHANS trained psychologist with 8 years experience & a former Army psychologist. I'm a trained nature & outdoor-based therapist and SEL facilitator. I love gardening, painting, trivia & befriending all creatures-from horses, dogs & cats to birds, rabbits, insects & trees! I'm curious by nature and work with individuals & couples across settings. I've often heard people describe the warmth, welcome & solace they find in nature. I wonder what if more people could experience this? As green & blue spaces disappear, I lament the possibility that future generations may never experience nature's sheer beauty. I refuse to accept that. And so, Nature Nurture Project was born! NNP brings together psychology, creativity & outdoor experiences to help people build deeper relationships with themselves, each other & the living world. I hope you rediscover yourself and find peace. See you outdoors!
