Option 1: Delete it in the app (fastest)
Open the Communitie app and sign in.
- Tap Profile in the bottom bar.
- Tap Account settings, then Delete account.
- Read what will be deleted, then tap Send code. We send a 6-digit code to your registered mobile number.
- Enter the code and tap Verify code.
- Tap Delete my account to confirm.
Your account is deleted straight away and you are signed out.

If you no longer have the app installed or can't sign in, email us from any address and include the mobile number registered with your Communitie account.

Note: Tickets you've already booked
Deleting your account does not cancel or refund tickets you've already booked. They stay valid and their QR codes still work.
