1. Respect Everyone • Treat players, coaches, organizers, referees, and spectators with respect. • No discrimination, bullying, harassment, abusive language, or aggressive behavior. • Support teammates and encourage players of all skill levels. 2. Be Punctual and Responsible • Arrive on time for training sessions, matches, and events. • Inform the coach or organizer in advance if you cannot attend. • Follow the schedule and respect court time. 3. Play Fair • Follow official volleyball rules and the instructions of coaches and referees. • Maintain good sportsmanship during both wins and losses. • Do not argue, intentionally injure others, or engage in unsporting behavior. 4. Prioritize Safety • Warm up properly before playing and cool down afterward. • Report injuries immediately to the coach or organizer. • Do not play while seriously injured or unwell. • Use appropriate sportswear and non-marking volleyball shoes. 5. Take Care of Equipment and Facilities • Handle volleyballs, nets, poles, and other equipment carefully. • Keep the court and surrounding areas clean. • Return all equipment after use and report any damage. 6. Maintain Team Spirit • Communicate positively and work together. • Respect different playing abilities and backgrounds. • Celebrate team effort, not just individual performance. • Help new members feel welcome. 7. Follow Communication Guidelines • Use club groups and social media responsibly. • Avoid sharing offensive, misleading, or unrelated content. • Protect the privacy of club members and do not share photos or videos without permission. 8. Membership and Participation • Follow registration, attendance, and payment requirements. • Participate actively and respect club decisions. • Members may be asked to leave sessions or events if their behavior threatens safety or disrupts the club.
