No Refund Policy In cases of denied entry or removal due to misconduct, intoxication, or violation of guidelines, the entry fee will not be refunded. Terms and Conditions 1. Tickets once booked cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged, except where required by applicable law or as specified by the event organiser or BookMyShow. 2. Please arrive at the venue at least 15–20 minutes before the scheduled performance time. 3. Late entry may be restricted or permitted only during an appropriate interval, at the discretion of the venue management. 4. Each attendee must possess a valid ticket for entry. Tickets may be required to be presented digitally or in printed form. 5. People aged 12 and above are allowed. 6. Photography, video recording, and audio recording during the performance are strictly prohibited unless expressly authorised by the event organiser. 7. Mobile phones must be switched to silent mode during the performance. 8. Outside food and beverages may not be permitted inside the venue, subject to venue rules. 9. The event organiser reserves the right to make changes to the performance schedule, cast, or other event details when necessary. 10. In the event of cancellation or rescheduling, ticket holders will be notified of the applicable arrangements in accordance with BookMyShow policies and the event organiser's terms. 11. Audience members are expected to behave respectfully and follow the instructions of venue staff. The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to or remove anyone whose conduct disrupts the performance, subject to applicable law. 12. By purchasing a ticket, attendees agree to abide by these terms and conditions and the applicable venue policies.
